Sludge Holding Tank
This project included the construction of a reinforced concrete base which had to span three redundant sludge drying beds. The beds required leveling with compacted aggregate to create a solid substrate able to carry the full loading of the new base and tank structure. The base was also designed to span across a working return channel, which had to be bridged and reinforced before the new Sludge Holding Tank and associated pipe work was installed.
